  • FAQ What is withdraw?

    Withdrawal is a process of monetizing Gold a Creator has received from his/her fans.
    Withdraws are only made for 500 or more Golds. (Less than 500 Golds cannot be withdrawn)

    Instructions and Requirements for Withdrawal

    1. Requirements for Withdrawal Request
    - 500 or more Hearts (received only)
    - user who has never violated terms of service

    2. Instructions for Withdrawal
    1) Login to LIKEY website > Menus > Golds > Request for withdrawal

    3. Payout Schedule
    1) You can submit a withdrawal request once a week. Deadline for withdrawal request is every Sunday. Deposit is made every following Thursday (before 9PM) (KST).
    2) Deposit will only be made on time, if all required information is correctly submitted.

    Required Information for Withdrawal Request
    1) Any withdraws that are made on LIKEY will be considered as individual income and is subject to report for tax purposes.
    For tax reports users must submit a copy of identification that clearly states users full name and Resident Registration Number.
    2) Any hand written information will not be processed.
    A copy of identification must state full name and all 13 Resident Registration Numbers.
    A copy of bank account must state name of the account holder, account number, and name of the bank.
    A photo taken of identification and bank account will suffice.

  • FAQ How can I check documents for withdraw policy?

    Withdrawal requests made prior to deadline will be processed orderly.
    (e.g. Withdrawal requests submitted between April 22nd~28th will be processed between April 29th~May 2nd orderly. Processing request and bank transfers may take 3-5 business days)

    If any required information is omitted, false, or is found to belong to another person, withdrawal requests may be denied, and will receive email notices from the related department.

    *Once submitting withdrawal requests, please check your email inbox regularly.

  • FAQ Is it possible to withdraw Golds in another person's name?

    Withdrawals can only be made to the user her/himself.

    1. To prevent any fraudulent activities no withdrawal will be processed to anyone who is not the user her/himself.
    2. Reporting tax under a different name may be subject to legal penalties and tax law punishments.

    To minimize any legal issues, LIKEY only allows withdrawals to users her/himself.

  • FAQ How to edit profile information

    You can change personal information from edit profile.

    Sign in -> Lower Right Profile Picture -> Edit Profile

    Editing profile photo, nickname, gender, and birthday or syncing accounts can be done from edit profile anytime.

    You will not be able to change ID name once registered.

  • FAQ Where do I find the list of Creators I follow, the list of fans following me, or my fan's ranking?

    You can see your list of Creators or list of fans on your profile.

    List of followers: Sign in -> Lower Right Profile Image -> Follower
    Fan Rank: Sign in -> Lower Menu: Rank
    List of Creators you follow: Sign in -> Lower Right Profile Image -> Following

  • FAQ I sent an email and didn't get a response.

    Inquiry emails from users are passed on to a member of the team, who will respond to users directly as soon as possible.
    Response will take approximately 2~5 business days.
    In cases that require further investigation, it may take longer than 5 business days.

    Same consecutive inquiries
    will not be prioritized.

  • FAQ Why was my account disabled?

    Under the Article 8," Obligations of Users ", we are taking measures such as stopping content blinds and account login.

    Article 8 (Obligations of User)

    1. The user shall not use the service for purposes other than the original purpose of use, or engage in any activity falling under any of the following sub paragraphs, and if he / she finds a user suspected of violating the following clauses, report through e-mail or 'report' button.

    1) To steal account information of another user or to impersonate the manager of the company
    2) Acts that interfere with the operation of the service by making a false statement while using the service
    3) Transferring the account provided by the company to another person
    4) Reproduction, distribution and commercial use of the information obtained by using the company's services without prior consent of the company
    5) Broadcast or post content containing fraudulent, libelous, gambling, hateful messages or voices
    6) Acts that interfere with user's normal use of service such as defamation of other person's reputation, cyber bulling, violent act 7) Acts that infringe on other rights of company and third party including copyright, intellectual property right, portrait rights
    8) Collecting, storing, disseminating and posting personal information of others without consent
    9) Acts that interfere with the operation of the Company's services by manipulating data in a non-conventional manner
    10) Transmitting, publishing, distributing, or using material that contains software viruses or other computer code, files, or programs designed to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of computer software, hardware, telecommunications equipment
    11) Changing the service through server hacking, data leakage, bugs, or using the service in a way that is not defined by the company
    12) Acts that violate related laws and regulations, service use conditions, operating policies and notices
    13) Acts that violate the public order and morals and is of illegal or improper manner

    The Company may restrict the use of the service by setting a set period without prior notice when the user violates the service use restriction standard set forth in Paragraph 1 and causes the service of the company to be hindered.

    The Company shall not reimburse the user for any damages incurred by the user due to the limitation of use by the user.

    Please note that if any action is observed that interferes with the operation of the service as described above, the action may be taken without prior notice.

    (number of posts, comments, number of received or sent messages, number of Hearts)
    Or any Creator who creates best contents and communicates with fans actively.

  • FAQ Failed to send Hearts after payment

    Items may not be enabled on your account after purchase due to temporary connection errors.

    Items will be enabled within 10 minutes (30 minutes for virtual accounts) after purchase.

    *Payment history must show payment date, time, item name, and price

  • FAQ How to refund unused Hearts

    Refund Policy

    1. Same number of Hearts as initial purchase.
    2. Payment history (date, purchase item, price)
    3. within 7 days of purchase

    To anyone who meets all the requirements above, please send your LIKEY account ID(@abcde) and payment history to support@LIKEY.to for a refund.
    *If you have already spent any of the purchased Hearts or made a purchase more than 7 days ago, you are not eligible for a refund.
    *If you fail to provide the exact purchase history you may be not be eligible for a refund.

  • FAQ Ranking Guide

    Ranking

    - Fan Ranking: number of Hearts gifted (100%)
    - Creator Ranking: number of Hearts received (100%)

    Ranking is updated real-time, but may be delayed at times due to system server delays.

    -Weekly ranking will reset every Tuesday 00AM. Monthly ranking will reset every month on the 2nd 00AM.

  • FAQ How to delete account

    To delete your account, please follow the steps below.
    [Web] Login → Settings → Delete account
    [App] Login → My Page → Settings → Delete account
    Once you delete your account, all the hearts you purchased and the golds you received are automatically deleted.
